For all In-Studio Sessions, Consultations, & Events
Client Responsibilities*
1) If you experience or exhibit any symptoms of any illness (including COVID-19, influenza, RSV, colds, norovirus, unknown illnesses, etc.), regardless of test status, you must reschedule or switch to a Remote Session (to avoid cancellation fees) or cancel (cancellation fees may apply).
2) Notify Natalia if you receive a positive COVID-19 test or have COVID-19, influenza, RSV, colds, norovirus, or other illness within three days after your session (Allowing Natalia to take further precautions to protect her clients and family in the event of exposure).
3) Understand and accept the risks of being in close proximity with others during the COVID-19 pandemic and illness seasons, regardless of precautions taken. Understand that Natalia will do everything reasonable to protect your health and safety and understand that she is not responsible should you contract COVID-19, influenza, RSV or other illness through your contact with her or through your sessions/consultations/events in her office.
4) Upon request: wear a properly fitting KN95 or N95 mask for the entirety of the appointment/event and whenever indoors.
*If you are unwilling or unable to comply with the Client Responsibilities I am happy to help you reschedule as a Remote Client before the cancellation/rescheduling deadline to avoid fees. see Terms & Conditions for information on cancellation and rescheduling deadlines.
Terms & Conditions
Office Precautions
1) Treatment room windows and external door may be opened to maximize airflow. Events held in other rooms will utilize open window as much as possible. Please wear weather appropriate clothing to your session.
2) HEPA filtration (Austin Air) may be run in the treatment/event room before, during, and/or after sessions to help decrease airborne pathogen exposure and will always be used upon request.
3) Hand washing will occur regularly.
4) Sanitization of commonly touched surfaces and items will be conducted as much as reasonably possible.
Natalia’s Precautions
1) I am fully COVID-19 vaccinated (Moderna) and have three boosters onboard.
2) I may choose to wear a KN95 or N95 mask for the entirety of the session/indoor event and when clients are at the session location, and will always do so upon request.
3) I will cancel immediately should I receive a positive COVID-19 test (for all immediate sessions as well as upcoming sessions within a minimum of 14 days of positive test or first symptom), or if I experience or exhibit any symptoms of illness, regardless of test results. Clients will have the option of rescheduling or refund.
4) I will notify clients if I receive a positive COVID-19 test or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19, influenza, RSV, norovirus, cold, or other illness within 3 days after their session. (Allowing you to take further precautions to protect others in the event of infection). Clients will have the option of rescheduling or refund.
5) Should I be required to cancel for health reasons I will reschedule once health and safety permit. Clients may choose a full refund if they prefer.
6) These precautions may be adjusted according to season and/or perceived community illness and infection rates, or personal needs (anticipated close contact with infants, elders, or other vulnerable community members).
6) I will refuse service to individuals who can not or will not comply with the Client Responsibilities, including wearing poorly or improperly fitted masks, cloth, or surgical masks, if asked to by Natalia to mask for their session. I take these measures seriously in order to protect the health of all I come in to contact with, including other clients, myself, my family, and our community at large. Clients who arrive at appointments unable/unwilling to comply, exhibiting signs of illness or suspected illness, will forfeit their session and be billed in full for their schedules appointment.
